Hello! So last month I showed you some of my favourite juice recipes and in this blog post I thought I’d show you some of my favourite smoothie recipes using this amazing new DynaPro blender from Tribest which they have kindly lent me.
I absolutely love smoothies and have them almost everyday for a breakfast on the go. They also make a perfect pre or post workout snack and today I’m going to share with you 4 of my personal favourites.
But first to tell you a bit about the blender itself; the Dynapro is an amazing heavy duty blender which blends everything from soups to hummus and smoothies too with the press of just one button. This is one of the quickest blenders that I have ever used and as well as being BPA free it also comes with a stainless steel scoop for easy access to your blended ingredients.
The Dynapro blender also has a special ‘Vacuum Lid’, which is designed to work with the handheld Vacuum Pump (which comes in the box), to help reduce oxidation by removing air before blending. Less oxidation means more nutrients and enhanced flavours in your smoothies.
So on to the recipes and first up is an all natural protein shake. This smoothie is ideal to have on a day that you work out as the protein in it will help to support muscle repair.

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
