    Thank you so much for making this video Nic! It’s so nice to get to know you and your past a bit better, and the fact that you have been through healthy eating fluctuations at university (same as all of us) made me so relieved that not everyone is perfect. The 80/20 rule is something I’m really trying to adopt myself, having become a bit obsessed with eating healthily 100% of the time and actually ending up a miserable control freak. Everyone needs a bit of a treat every now and then – I’m so pleased you endorse this! Love all your recipes and I’m going to make your little strawberry snowmen for my Christmas party as part of the nibbles (alongside mince pies and other sweet treats of course, something for everyone) Rosie x
