Keeping hydrated is important not only for your health and skin but for your weight too, as hunger can get confused with thirst!
Plain water can get a little boring though so what better way to quench your thirst than with a tall glass of chilled water topped with nutrient-bursting, colourful fruity ice-cubes!
I’ve used lemon slices in these ice-cubes but you can also use strawberry halves or why not freeze green grapes to add to wine on a weekend ;).
For more inspiration on how to drink more water then check out [this blog post].
Do let me know if you make them too!
