How to Make Protein Fluff!

How to Make Protein Fluff!

Have you heard of protein fluff before?!! If you use protein powder and have never tried it then you are MISSING OUT!!!

I first mentioned how to make protein fluff in my “10 Healthy Kitchen Gadget Essentials” video that I filmed with Zanna – where we discussed the two essential pieces of kitchen equipment to make protein fluff with – an electric hand blender and an electric whisk (see 1 minute 15 seconds into the video!).

Protein fluff is SO volumous and filling and really does satisfy a sweet tooth. I used a new flavour of whey protein from Protein Dynamix to make the below recipes – NY Cheesecake.. omg it is so good. It’s like a sweeter version of the vanilla ice-cream whey (if you want to try it too use the code NIC20 for a cheeky discount & freebie too!!)

Do let me know if you try it or if you like protein fluff with any other flavour combinations or methods of making.. anything goes!!

Haven’t tried this yet but it looks tasty! Do you think it could double up as a healthier cake topping?
