Pumpkin granola makes the perfect autumn/winter breakfast and it can also make the perfect ‘artisan’ Christmas present. It does however taste totally delicious all year round and thanks to Waitrose and Amazon you can buy canned pumpkin any time you like.
If you liked my original healthy granola recipe then you will love this one! Rich in soluble fibre, antioxidants and low in sugar (much lower than shop-bought granola) this recipe is a big hit with me!

**To make this recipe vegan use agave nectar instead not honey
**You can make your own pumpkin spice using my recipe!

I’ve made this a couple of times now and love the way it turns out with the golden orange-y colour and the warm spices – perfect accompaniment to greek yogurt, fruit or on top of your porridge at any time of year! Dried cranberries work especially nicely with the pumpkin seeds and spices. x
