These homemade fruit smoothie ice-lollies are perfect for summer and taste INCREDIBLE!
They are made from just two main ingredients (with three more added for flavour) and are super versatile if you wanted to tailor them to your personal taste preferences! The greek yoghurt provides calcium & protein and the fruit is a fantastic source of antioxidants & soluble fibre :).
To make these lollies you will need a blender, plastic ice lollie maker (like the one pictured below) and a freezer!
Thank you to Sainsbury’s for challenging me to create a healthy alternative to regular ice-lollies!!

I just got a slushie maker and I’m absolutely loving controlling exactly what goes into my chilled treats too.

Totally agree! That sounds amazing!!!
Yum..these look delish! Any reason that you used 2% fat yogurt instead of 0%? Does it make them creamier tasting, or will it not work with 0%?

Hello! I’ve found that ice crystals form if you use fat-free, but give it a go – the texture just isn’t as perfect 🙂 x
Thanks for posting my pic 🙂 they are so yummy. Going to try it with less oat milk next time & more yoghurt 🙂

Yes I skipped the yoghurt altogether 🙂 x
Made this today but used an over-ripe banana instead and it tasted delicious. Thanks for the perfect guilt free treat to have during our Aussie summers 😀
