This blog post is just to say a huge thank you to everyone who reads my blog & supports me on social media (links to the right!). If you read my monthly newsletter then you’ll know that I have been shortlisted for the UKBlogAwards and with the winners announced on April 25th I am really nervous!! – click [here] to read my blog post!
I’ve actually decided to dedicate more time to my (much neglected!) YouTube Channel and to mark this occasion have filmed a quick video (click the image below to see it!) telling you about it and asking YOU what you want to see from my channel going forward, along with how you can enter my latest giveaway with MaxiNutrition..

To enter my MaxiNutrition Giveaway all you have to do is:
1) “Subscribe” to my [YouTube Channel] .. you just need a google/gmail account!
2) Give [the video] a “thumbs up”!
3) Leave a comment on [the video] – NOT this blog post, telling me what videos you want to see from my channel going forward.. e.g. a particular healthy recipe, diet tips or nutrition tips!
I will keep this giveaway open for one month i.e. the month of April and will pick the four winners on May 1st. All four winners will be announced on my YouTube video (in the description box) and I will also contact them directly. Due to postal reasons this giveaway is open to UK residents only, sorry!

I’ve decided to launch a giveaway with MaxiNutrition a) because it means you will have a nice stash of protein powder to make my future protein powder recipes and b) I thought it was quite fitting that I had a little announcement and they did too (that they’ve changed their name from MaxiMuscle!).
Up for grabs are four bundles, each containing a tub of protein powder, box of protein bars and a Maxi shaker, for MaxiNutrition’s four ranges: Recover & Rebuild (Promaxx); Mass & Size (Progain Extreme), Strength & Power (Cyclone), and Lean Definition (Promaxx Lean). The protein comes in either Strawberry, Banana, Raspberry, Vanilla and Chocolate flavours and YOU will be able to pick which bundle (worth £65) that you want, in which flavour. I have the Lean Definition protein in banana and it tastes amazing – I personally have 1 scoop per serving, even though it advises 2, as well as the dark chocolate Lean Definition protein bars which are so nice!
