Hi, so right about sleep, I’ve just been diagnosed with a sleep disorder and it only came to a diagnosis because I’ve been trying my best (loving it) at the gym and nutrition but was so drained and all tests came back OK so I pushed and I went for a sleep study and since then, although I’m on medication, I’ve more energy and my food prep is done. I find preparing meals really helps. I absolutely love your website!!! Thought I’d share
