I&#8217;ve bought some coconut flour and don&#8217;t know what to do with it or how to bake with it!&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve got a couple of recipes on my blog already using coconut flour; <a title=\"Healthy Coconut Fairy Cakes\" href=\"http:\/\/nicsnutrition.com\/recipe\/healthy-coconut-fairy-cakes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Coconut Fairy Cakes<\/a> &amp; <a title=\"No Bake Protein Truffles \u2013 FitTeam14 September\" href=\"http:\/\/nicsnutrition.com\/recipe\/no-bake-protein-truffles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">No Bake Protein Truffles<\/a>\u00a0but I think that this one is my favourite.. healthy chocolate brownies!!!<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve included two versions of this brownie recipe &#8211;
