Homemade Popcorn!

Homemade Popcorn!

Home-popped popcorn is a seriously healthy treat. Per cup it provides just 30 calories and being a whole-grain is a great source of fibre. You can get some great skinny popcorns from the shops (check out my Skinny Topcorn review) however the majority of popcorn (yes the buttery and toffee popcorns) are loaded with extra fat and sugar.. all unnecessary calories. With this recipe you can skip the added fat/sugar and choose exactly what toppings you want – my favourite has to be stevia (natural sweetener) & cinnamon!
