Vegetarian Bubble & Squeak



  1. Place the sprouts in boiling water for approximately 8-10 minutes until cooked but still firm. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a shallow frying pan and fry the onion for 3-4 minutes then add the leeks and cook gently until both are softened.
  3. Add the Quorn Meat-Free Chicken Style Pieces and Italian seasoning and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the cooked sprouts and black pepper and salt to taste and continue to heat through until all the ingredients are hot.
  4. Serve & enjoy!
