Banana Ice-cream



  1. Leave the frozen banana chunks to stand at room temperature for 2-3 minutes before adding them to a food processor or blender
  2. Blend for a couple of minutes, scraping down the sides with a spatula so that the mixture 'creams' at the bottom and then add your optional ingredients
  3. Blend again before eating immediately (with a sprinkle of cinnamon/sprinkles!) or freeze in a container for later (this recipe can be kept for up to 1 month in the freezer)


*The best bananas to use are those with the brown spots - which means that they are ripe! Make sure to peel your bananas first before slicing them up and freezing them in a small freezer-safe bag
