Quark Pancake Recipe



  1. Whisk the egg yolks before adding the quark, milk, baking powder and salt and whisking again
  2. Sprinkle in the flour and whisk again
  3. Whisk the egg whites in a separate bowl before folding into the rest of the mixture (use a metal spoon for this so you don't lose any air!)
  4. Spray a non-stick pan with 1 cal spray oil (or use 1 tsp of coconut/vegtable oil) and cook 1/6th of the mixture for 2 minutes before flipping and cooking for a further minute
  5. Serve & enjoy


*If you use plain Quark then add either a tsp of lemon juice, vanilla, cocoa or cinnamon for flavour!
