Oat & Blueberry Cottage Cheese Pancakes



  1. Add the oats, cottage cheese or quark, eggs and cinnamon to a bowl and using a hand blender mix all of the ingredients together (this can also be done in a food processor)
  2. Spray a non-stick pan with 1 cal oil and pour in 1/4 of the mixture
  3. Cook for 2 minutes (placing 1/4 of the blueberries on after a few moments)
  4. Flip and cook on the other side for another 2 minutes
  5. Serve with yoghurt & an extra sprinkling of cinnamon.. & enjoy!
