If you’re after a Healthy Pina Colada Mocktail Recipe (aka Cocktail Recipe without the Rum added!) then you’ve come to the right place!
This exotic smoothie recipe tastes incredible and you can drink it with or without rum (over 18’s only!) or even protein powder (I tried it with vanilla and it was amazing!) for a post-workout treat.
I used my Tribest Personal Blender to make this smoothie recipe and added frozen fruit which makes the drink thicker (& in my opinion) more delicious!
Nutritional stats shown are for the whole recipe (it serves 1-2 people!).

*I used Alpro Coconut Milk as it’s no added sugar!
**I used MyProtein in Vanilla flavour! If you add 1 scoop it makes the whole recipe 300 kcal and 20g protein.

Hi nic can’t wait to try this is there a reason the fruit needs to be frozen? I have fresh pineapple/banana so I’m wondering if to freeze it tonight x
