Bircher Muesli

Bircher muesli is naturally sweet and tastes delicious. It’s also great for your energy levels as it has a low glycaemic index (keeps you going for longer), is high in soluble fibre (helps to reduce cholesterol) and is packed with vitamins and minerals.



  1. Mix the grated apple in a bowl with the ginger/cinnamon, oats, apricots and milk
  2. Cover and leave in the fridge over-night
  3. The next day simply top with a dollop of Greek yoghurt and banana OR....
  4. Spoon the bircher muesli into a cup followed by a drizzle of honey and a slice of apple.. then repeat until you have a beautiful glass filled with delicious goodness!!
