I’ll let you into a little secret.. I LOVE peanut butter and eat it by the spoon/jar (can anyone relate to me on this and make me feel any better?!)!!

Peanut Butter not only tastes amazing (in my opinion) but it’s a great source of protein and heart healthy fats. I personally prefer to use a peanut butter that is 100% nuts (no added salt, sugar or oil to spoil it) and the kind from Protein Dynamix fits this perfectly – ps they gave me a promo code for 20% off (NIC20) :).

As well as with a spoon, peanut butter also tastes great on rice cakes with banana slices, on frozen banana pieces for a sweet treat or on top of porridge or yoghurt.

To ‘pimp up’ and add even more protein to your peanut butter why not check out the following suggestions (each variation serves 1 person!). The addition of the liquid part makes the nut butter easier to mix and also makes it go further, meaning you can eat a larger volume for the same calories!

Food Fact: Xylitol (I Total Sweet) is a natural sweetener, is low GI, kind to teeth and contains less calories than sugar.
