  • 1) Spiralizer – £23 from Amazon

Last year Father Christmas bought me one of my most used kitchen gadgets; a spiralizer! If you’ve never heard of them before, spiralizers turn vegetables such as courgette and carrot, as well as sweet potato into ‘noodles’ which you can pan fry or bake for a delicious addition to a meal. I’m a huge fan of making vegetables ‘fun’ to eat and this definitely has increased my intake of courgette!! You can even spiralize cucumber and use it in a salad or use the ‘ribbon cutter’ for wider strips. I cannot recommend a spiralizer enough; in fact, I mention it in every weight loss group that I run!!

Perfect for: The healthy eater.

  • 2) Loose Leaf Tea Infuser – £23 from Amazon

I am a HUGE tea fan, and I especially love loose tea. My loose leaf tea infuser makes drinking loose tea so simple – you simple add the loose leaf tea and hot water, leave it to steep for a few minutes then hold the pot over your favourite mug and watch the perfectly brewed tea come out! To clean it you simply tip out the tea and give it a rinse under a warm tap.

Perfect for: Loose leaf tea fans.

  • 3) Tea Collections & Loose Tea – £4 & upwards from Whittard

I would be happy with any of these tea-themed gifts and they really do make the perfect stocking filling or gift for under the £10 or 20 mark. I love the sound of the Alice in Wonderland ‘Drink Me’ Tea Selection which contains three of the most popular loose leaf teas; English Breakfast, Afternoon Tea & Earl Grey, as well as the Fill-Me-Up Green Caddy (perfect for loose leaf green tea of course!). At home I’m currently drinking two of Whittard’s loose leaf tea; White Chocolate & Vanilla Shortbread black tea. Oh and if you’re quick then you can also be in with a chance of winning £100 worth of Whittard goodies by entering [this competition with Voucherbox]. Good luck!

Perfect for: Tea lovers who like to experiment with new tea! Make sure to get them some loose-leaf tea infuser if you get them loose leaf tea!

  • 4) Foam Roller – £3 & upwards from Amazon

If you don’t already know I’m training to gain a qualification in Personal Training and just yesterday bought my very first foam roller; it’s pink and from the Davina collection at Argos. Although I’m still learning how best to use it, the idea is that foam rolling helps to increase flexibility and improve recovering, in addition to relieving tight muscles before exercise. There are lots of videos on YouTube about how to foam roll and I personally like the ones from the Tone It Up girls!

Perfect for: Someone who loves keeping fit & working out!

These are the ultimate stocking filler or gift for your fitness obsessed Secret Santa buddy. I love spiral hair toggles (they don’t pull on your hair! as well as trainer liners and pilates socks (even if you don’t do plates they are great for wearing around the house as they are none-slip!). And if you want to spend a little more then I cannot recommend SB’s sports bras and leggings; they are such good quality, fit amazingly and really do make you feel secure whilst you’re working out.

Perfect for: That friend who likes to look good whilst working out!
