Graze Snack Box Review & Free Box Offer!

Graze Snack Box Review & Free Box Offer!

How excited was I the other day to receive my first Graze snack box! If you haven’t heard about the ‘snack box craze’ the basic concept is that you get convenient & healthy, pre-portioned snacks sent direct to you in the post. The boxes are designed to encourage you to munch on goodness throughout the day, instead of fatty biscuits and crisps!

The boxes are sent first class, with free delivery and you can have them delivered to home or work (there really is no excuse to raid the office vending machine!) – they are even designed to fit through the letter box.. Graze really have thought of everything. I love the idea of snack boxes and receiving one myself made me think about the benefits of this service, as well as the people who would benefit from it most.

So, if you would like to see my 100% honest review (as well how to get your first box FREE) then read on!

You can choose from four different types of Graze Box:

  • Nibble Box – A full selection of more than 100 inspired natural snacks.
  • Chocolate Box – Inventive treats for chocolate lovers.
  • Savoury Box – Discover savoury snacks from around the world.
  • Light Box – Tasty low-calorie snacks, all between 50 and 150 calories. Great if you’re watching your weight!
  • Boost Box – A natural boost from the most nutritious snacks.

Each box comes with its own little pamphlet giving the nutritional breakdown of each snack pot, which is great if you’re calorie counting (most of the snacks have however already been added to apps such as myfitnesspal.com if you use it!) and you can also select which nibbles that you NEVER want to get – great for fussy eaters!

So what did I think.. Well, I loved mine! They really are a great way to help you snack on healthier options, and really do stop you reaching for those ‘office biscuits’ or crisps. I ate my ‘healthier’ nibbles mid-afternoon (I have fresh fruit mid-morning) as well as a part of my lunch, and then found the ‘healthy chocolate’ nibbles an ideal treat on an evening.. chocolate and goodness complete with portion control.. brilliant!

The graze boxes are great for people who want healthy snacks that are ready to eat, or for those who perhaps miss meals due to a lack of time – these boxes are super convenient and look smart in any brief-case/hand-bag/tote etc. 🙂

If you would like to try a Graze.com box and get your first box FREE then just click [this link] or the picture above.. and don’t forget to check out my ‘Healthy Snacks’ video below.. my sister is a big fan of the Graze boxes (we talk about them towards the end of the video!)

I love my Graze box – I get it delivered to my work every week so I don’t have to remember to take any healthy snacks in with me! The wasabi peas are my favourites!

My daughter started me on mine by sending me a box as a gift after I had an accident. I started them for myself, and looked forward to my Monday treats throughout my recovery. Now I’m back at work, they are handy snacks to nibble on my night shifts. I can never resist checking the site every Saturday to see what I’ll be getting in the post on Sunday.

I’ve opted for the snack box selection, and have deselected the higher calorie ones, mostly, I left a couple of options just to get a treat on occasion. They are all tasty, and being in snack size boxes, I’m not temped to binge, as I might if I bought, say, a bag of pistachios from the supermarket.

*that should be ” on Monday” not “on Sunday”

Hi Tricia! Aw thanks for your great comment. I’m so please to hear that Graze is working for you! It’s true, they really do help with portion sizes. Keep up the healthy snacking! Nic x

I liked them but I didn’t love them. I’d much prefer people to eat fresh fruit but they are better to eat than a chocolate bar or crisps. Also if you stick with them they get pretty expensive pretty fast and encourage some people to do more snacking than they normally would! I think the marketing is innovative but I think I’d be more interested if they just made packs of snacks.

Hello! Thanks for your comment 🙂 I know lots of people who say that they are cheap in comparison to what they’d spend on fast-fast/convenience snacks in a week, and appreciate the convenience of the pre-portioned packs but I agree – perhaps for the person who has more time on their hands larger snacks to decant would be useful – however portion control could then be an issue!! Long live Graze box I say – for those who benefit from it! They can also be useful if someone regularly skips meals – a healthy snack is better than nothing! Nic xx

    Hey Nics,

A few years ago, my darling husband had the Graze boxes coming and for HIM — a strapping Dutchman, they were brilliant! But, I found them too ‘tempting’, as they were often dried fruit and nut mixes, which are great and super delish, but me — being a natural-born non self-regulator — I would take 2 within a few hours — NOT good! Even though, they were pre-portioned, DID note the nutrient content, calorie content, etc. and they ARE so much healthier than crisps and biscuits. But, they were almost TOO good! (I know — I’m an RD! == doesn’t matter ;). I told him we had to stop them coming. So, I see they now have the Light Box, which, in itself, would help someone like me keep the message in my head that I MUST continue to discipline myself. Keeps me ‘mindful’. I shall have to try the Light Box. 🙂

Hi Mary! I love your comment- and can completely empathise! I have tried the light box and it was great – really filling too. I got things like popcorn and salsa with baked corn dips. I think they’re great for getting snack ideas though. I hope Graze know that they have been described as ‘too good’ (!!). Nic xx 🙂

My box I received was great, nice variety of fruit and nuts. They were good. But I cant afford them now maybe in the near future. Thank you.

I’m going to try their breakfast boxes next! Review to come 🙂 x

Hi. Question regarding Graze box, my wife has to watch her blood sugar, so is there a “box”, or selection of snacks for people that deal with this issue? Thank you, Joel

    • June 26, 2014 / 8:18 pm

Go for the lighter box 🙂 in general though all the snacks should be ok as they’re portion controlled! The main influence on blood glucose levels is carb amount!
