Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 175 degrees C (350 degrees F)
  2. Mash your bananas with a fork (or add apple puree to your bowl)
  3. Add your protein powder and mix (add a tbsp of almond milk or water if needed)
  4. Mix in your oats (and any optional ingredients)
  5. Dollop your cookie mixture onto baking paper or a greased baking tray to make 10 cookies
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes
